This is very challenging for you to get admission in CSE  or ECE branch of any of the IIITs with this rank, you should go with the other goverment ollege of you want to take admission in a good  branch like computer science or ECE.

According to your rank in jee mains 2019 you have very less chance to get seat in any NIT or any IIIT as your rank is very high in your category, your obc rank should be under 6000 to get seat in any good colleges.
