According to your  rank in jee mains 2019,you have very less chance to get in any NIT as your rank in your category is very high .Your category rank should be under 5k to get seat in good NITs.

A 82000 rank is not enough for you to get admitted to any iiits not even the newer ones. The cutoff at maximum goes to 35000-40000 for the newest of the iiits. So as per my understanding your rank will not hand you a iiit in the south

If You've ST category rank around 9063 then your AIR must be around lakh. So dear aspirant with such rank you can not get any of the NITs or IIITs . However, with your mentioned rank you can take admission in other Colleges which accepts JEE score.
