For admission to IIIT-H, you need to get at-least 60% combined in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in your 12th standard.
If your board provides a combined mark-sheet for class 11th and 12th, then you have to get at-least 60% in 11th Physics, Chemistry, Maths and 12th Physics, Chemistry
It is around 270 for CSE branch for general category. You should score more than 220 marks to get into IIIT Hyderabad.

Cutoff varies every year according to different branches.You have to score 250 above marks in jee mains to get admission in iiit Hyderabad in some of the branches.To get CSE branch there you need to have score greater than 280 in jee mains.So you should aim to get that
These papers are not available. BITS HD is online so no question papers will be available. IIITH has some old sample papers on its website. Pls check for those. Else best to get going with GATE papers as they are available plenty on the internet.
