Cutoff varies every year according to different branches.You have to score 250 above marks in jee mains to get admission in iiit Hyderabad in some of the branches.To get CSE branch there you need to have score greater than 280 in jee mains.So you should aim to get that
These papers are not available. BITS HD is online so no question papers will be available. IIITH has some old sample papers on its website. Pls check for those. Else best to get going with GATE papers as they are available plenty on the internet.

In order to take admission in IIIT Hyderabad you have to appear for JEE Main exam.
You can only attempt JEE Main 3 times.
In order to be eligible for the college you should have 60% marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry in Class XII.
