International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad
Dear aspirant,
As you have mentioned that you have secured 80.9 percentile in JEE mains 2021 and taking into consideration that you belong obc category and you would also have the benefit female quota but let me tell me tell you that your all india rank would be around 2-2.5L.
So, in this percentile the above mentioned colleges are not possible to fetch for you because the cut offs are way higher than your percentile. Same with Thapar University , your percentile is a bit less and you need to be atleast 86-88 percentile to get into Thapar and that too in a lower branch.
For more information you can check out the link given below-

As per my view if you are planning to take up non core branches then absolutely you should go for iiit Hyderabad rather than nit surathkal but other than non core branches go for nit surathkal.
The placements for iiit Hyderabad at non core branches is equivalentm or evenb greater than some of the IITs . The core placements at nit surathkal is very strong. The average stays between 8-9L per annum.

Their is no doubt that Indian Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad is better than BITS, in many point of view like Placement percentage, Average Package, Faculty etc.
But BITS is good in their Infrastructure and Cultural and Sports fest
So if you want to go with Placement you chose IIIT Hyderabad and if you need infrastructure you chose BITS.
