Dear Aspirant,
According to previous year trends for both IIIT hyderabad and NIT warangal CSE seat rank should be under 1000. So according to this :

a score 210-220 + would help.

Hello Manshi,
Unfortunately with this percentile that you have mentioned, you will not be able to grab the seat of IIIT Hyderabad.
Every year cut off score for IIIT Hyderabad's one of the biggest name among engineering colleges, last closing branch is around 250-260, which means a rank around 1 thousand . Since around 10 lakh students sit for JEE Mains, so a student need at least 99 percentile to be even eligible for some seat in IIIT Hyderabad. But if you want a guaranteed seat than atleast 99.5 percentile is a must.
Let me put the figure of last year(2020) common cutoff of last round of this demanded college.
Branch: Computer Science and Engineering
Branch: Electronics and communication engineering
You can check the same by visiting our site which has given detailed analysis.

Hope it helps.
All the best!
Helo aspirant,
No there is no chance, So please follow these :
JEE Main 2021 cut off will be of two types - Admission and Qualifying cut-offs. Last year, JEE Main Qualifying Cut off for General Category landed at 90.3 while the cut-off for reserved categories ranged from 39-72. Aspirants who are successful in securing the qualifying cut off marks should acquire the minimum marks needed to be eligible for contesting in JEE Advanced. The ones securing the minimum marks that come under admission cut off become eligible to present their candidature for admission in IITs. Consecutively, the NTA will be releasing the JoSAA in the form of seat-intake window for each college. Aspirants must secure the minimum marks equivalent to the closing ranks of the desired participating institute for JEE Main.
Hope this will be helpful for you.
Best of luck.
No ,try other state nit and any other university there is only 90% chance. Because now a days you know how the situation is. Many were trying to get nit and iit that's based on your luck ,so try to be strong and understand yourself keep going on you may try other mains university or colleges upon your score .
But I say here is there is 90% chance to get for NIT for you
