You need to have very higher rank in order to get into IIIT Hyderabad.  Here is the previous year cutoff for CSE- 895 and percentile of 99.9302587 and for ECE 1934 and percentile 99.837376.

So, you need to score  those crossponding percentile in order to get into IIIT-H.
