I am sorry to inform you with this but based on previous year records for iiit Hyderabad cutoff the percentile should be not less than 99. I am saying 99 as the minimum generally the cutoff goes around 99.6 for ECE and 99.9 for CSE.

Since you have mentioned that you belong to the obc category you may have a chance of getting into some good nits though we cannot say for sure that you will be guaranteed a seat. Still you can apply for it. Based on the reservation there is a chance that you might get through

As per your rank and category you have a good chance of getting iiit hyderabad .But cutoffs may vary depending upon a lot of  factors .So I am predicting from the last year's cutoff .Getting cse might be tougher but you can get other courses .Try checking out the college predictor to get a good idea about the colleges you can get
