In order to study in IIT, NIT OR BITS , your daughter must qualify JEE mains and JEE advanced . These are national institutes and make it mandatory for all the students to give entrance exams. The preparation of these exams should be started from 11th standard itself.

Yes IIIT Sri City still follows IIIT Hyderabad curriculam as IIIT Hyderabad and IIT Hyderabad are the mentor institutions for IIIT Sri City.Not only IIIT Sri City but also many other IIITs follows IIIT hyderabad curriculam as it is the best IIIT of our country.IIIT hyderabad is noly best in IIITs but also much better than many IITs also.

Yes,with this percentile in JEE Mains,there are some chance that he will get admission in IIIT(Hyderabad),but you have to wait for the official cut off.It may vary between different branches of B.tech.Also you can check previous year cut off of this college here https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/iiit-hyderabad-btech-cutoff

With 95.26 percentile in January JEE Mains 2020, you can get an estimated All India rank of around 41,000. This rank is not enough to get you an admission into IIIT Hyedrabad CSE branch if you are of General category. If this is the case, then prepare harder to get into the top 1000 rank in April's JEE Mains.  You can definitely get an admission if you are of the SC or ST category.
