No,qualifying JEE main alone would not be sufficient.IIIT hyderabad is one of the most sought after institutes by aspirants in India.So you will have to score way more than the qualifying marks.Your rank must lie within the closing rank of either home state quota or other state quota to get an admission into the institute.The closing rank for B.Tech in CSE and MS by Research in CSE was 63 and B.Tech in ECE and MS by Research in ECE was 200 in the year 2019.So you must have above 98%(normailsed percentile) to get an admission in IIIT H.

IIIT Hyderabad is one of the top institutes that JEE main offers. To get into IIIT Hyderabad, you need to clear the JEE main cut-off of this College. As per the previous year records, the percentile cut-off required for getting admitted into this college was 99.958238 for CSE and 99.929344 for ECE. The rank required is somewhere around 500 for CSE whereas around 950 for ECE for round 1. A rank of around 1k, may help you get in in round 2,3,or 4 while rank of 2k for round 2,3,4 for ECE.

see the main different between ms and mtech is ms course is research oriented, have lots of thesis topics, you need to submit atleast one research papaer at the end of the course, most of the students goes for phd after ms, whether mtech is course is mostly have different emerging technologies work and process, industrial evolution, current trend of technologies etc.

The mentioned cutoff of 210 is for the last year (year before 2018) when the exam was held offline also. Since now the exam has become online, there are different slots and difficulty of each slot's question paper is different. So, whenever the admission will be made on the basis of JEE Main, its percentile or Rank will be considered and not the marks.

At this point, you should not be 100% confident about getting admission in IIIT Hyderabad.
