Hi Abhishek ! No you can't get an admission to IIIT Hyderabad because your board marks is not enough. It requires 75 % to get an admission. It's a minimum requirement. Beside it you need to have a brilliant JEE main percentile and otherwise it is impossible. So best of

IIIT HYDERABAD offers only two courses (CSE AND EC) for applicants applying through jee mains score.
Cut off is usually high due to limited no. of seats but for your rank and category yes you might get CSE in IIIT HYDERABAD.

If you want to change your course, it will depend through which mode you have taken admission.
There are five modes to take admission IIIT Hyderabad-
1. JEE Mains
2. DASA mode- On the basis of SAT score
3. UGEE mode
4. Olympiad mode
5. SPEC mode- Written

As per your percentile, i.e. 92.34%ile, you should have secured marks in the range of 78 - 87. Unfortunately, the cutoff for both the courses at IIIT Hyderabad is 210+. 210 marks convert nearly to 99.55+ %ile. Hence it seems hard for you to seek admission into IIIT
