If you want to change your course, it will depend through which mode you have taken admission.

There are five modes to take admission IIIT Hyderabad-

1. JEE Mains

2. DASA mode- On the basis of SAT score

3. UGEE mode

4. Olympiad mode

5. SPEC mode- Written

IIIT-Hyderabad> IIIT-Allahabad = IIIT-Delhi >IIIT Bangalore > IIIT Gwalior >other IIITs. The ranking is for undergraduate courses: Hyderabad is the best undoubtedly

As per your percentile, i.e. 92.34%ile, you should have secured marks in the range of 78 - 87. Unfortunately, the cutoff for both the courses at IIIT Hyderabad is 210+. 210 marks convert nearly to 99.55+ %ile. Hence it seems hard for you to seek admission into IIIT

If you want to secure a seat for IIIT 

You need to get 180 marks according to previous  year cutoffs 

If you want cse branch, which the most reputed branch of this college you need to get around 260

Previous year cut offs:

2015: 251,

2014 : 253

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to get into NITs or IIITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You
