AIIMS are allow foreign degree if it's recognised by medical council of India. Schedule 2 of MCI its recognises foreign degrees and University. If yours is there is in list then you are eligible.

The salary of interns who have completed their MBBS degree from a Government Medical College or municipality run medical colleges( NHL medical college, AMCMET medical college and SMIMER, Surat) are entitled to a stipend of 10,780.

**This is the 2018 stipend it may have increased to Rs.15,000 (approx)
