Interview
Hii
An interview round should always be considered as a round of acceptance, not a round of rejection. The purpose of an interview round is for the panel to judge the authenticity of your application, assess how presentable your personality is and evaluate your communication skills. Contrary to popular belief, interviews usually do not go beyond a pre-determined scope. Your profile, your ambitions and relevant world affairs will constitute a major part of your interview. In the given time constraint, there are only a limited number of questions that a panel will ask you on these grounds.
The IIM Ahmedabad PGPX interview starts with an extempore. You would be asked to pick up a piece of paper on which a topic would be written. Usually the topic would be current and likely to be based on your area of experience. In 2020, a key question could be the impact of COVID 19 on your area of business / work.
Some of the other key topics could be:
India towards a USD 5 trillion economy
“Atma nirbhar Bharat”
The Reserve Bank’s role in the Indian economy
The role of the media in India
The coming of age of Rural India
You would be given some time to think (around 2 minutes) and then asked to start discussing the topic with the interview panel. Understand that while the panel is looking to test your knowledge, it will be more interested in your own opinion / views than mere information which you would have read in newspapers / on the internet.
Best of luck.

Hello Mtasantha
So, your question is what is meant by counselling in central university ?
And it is an interview.
So basically is not an interview it is just a document verficiation which they asked for the document.
So don't worry about it.
All the best for your future.
First of all enter inside the office after taking permission. Enter with little smile on your face. Then don't sit until and unless the recruiters or employers tells you to sit. After that, if they ask any question then try to answer the question without getting nervous and without any hesitation. Do shake your legs while having the conversation with the recruiters.
Don't keep the your hands on your front table or desk, it will create bad impression on the recruiters and you might discomfort them with your behaviour. Stay calm during the whole interview round, don't speak loudly while answering nor speak slowly.
Don't be serious all the time, always put a little smile on your face. Keep maintaining eye contact with the recruiters, don't maintain eye contact only with one recruiter but maintain it with everyone present in the interview room. In the end, say Thank You to all the recruiters. Remember, if you don't know the answer then just say I don't know or say I don't have any idea about it.
see you did not mention the institute name in which you wants to take admission for lateral entry. however generally admission to lateral entry admission to B.tech or B.pharma is based on entrance test follows by counselling or interview rounds. however after clearing entrance test, next stage is interview rounds then you have to get selection for interview rounds for next step to admission process.
Unless you are not shortlisted for interview you have less chances for final selection / admission.
Thankyou.
