Is it true that the KCET rank cutoff displayed by the colleges are not true and that it varies in extended round because I got 26,315 rank and I want GIT BELGAUM ENC Branch but professors are assuming that I might not get and my friends are telling that I will get it easily. So whom should I trust??

Nikita shahi 11th Aug, 2025

Hello, yes, the KCET cutoff ranks can indeed change in the extended round. My brother got a seat in Josaa councelling it NIT-Warangal but we want a better option we choose CSAB councelling. In CSAB councelling we chosee only 2 options but in round 1 allocation we got NIT Warangal as choice 3, which not in the choosen options. My doubt is that now, If i do withdraw from CASB councelling will the seat of Josaa be removed or should i proceed for further rounds

Nikita shahi 11th Aug, 2025

Hello!

If your brother already got NIT Warangal in JoSAA counselling and later participated in CSAB, withdrawing from CSAB will not automatically cancel the JoSAA seat unless explicitly mentioned in the guidelines. Generally, JoSAA and CSAB are two separate counselling processes, but if you have accepted a CSAB allotment and

SHUBHRADIP ROY 10th Aug, 2025

Hello Aspirant,

This is a critical situation since today is the last date for payment. Here's what you should do immediately:

  1. Do NOT make another payment. Your original payment might still be reconciling. Making another payment risks double deduction.

  2. Contact the IB ACIO Helpline IMMEDIATELY. Their helpline number is 022-61087513

Abhilasha Agrawal 11th Aug, 2025

No — taking MBBS admission through the All India Quota (AIQ) in a state other than your home state does not make you lose your caste reservation for NEET PG.
