No it is not compulsory to have Mathematics as your subject in class 12th to be eligible for NCHMCT JEE because NTA has not prescribed any compulsion to have Mathematics in class 12th as a subject to be eligible for NCHMCT JEE.

To answer your question, yes mathematics is studied as a part of psychology. However it isn't the conventional mathematics subject that is required for a psychology major.
