Congratulations for getting such pretty marks in AP EAMCET.  As you are not mentioned your IPE marks so it is impossible to predict your rank as the IPE marks also considered in ranking. But yes as you scored well in AP EAMCET so if you get average marks

Mock tests are somewhat gives you an idea what is the level of the exam. If you are getting 450 to 500 marks, it is good. But I should suggest that you should focus on increasing your marks in the mock so that you can perform well in neet exam.

For Top rank it varies as reduced of 1-2 marks reduce the rank from 1-2,2-3,3-4,....and so on. For The normal ranks it would be change of 10-20 and then to 1000-10,000.

It was definitely hard compared to previous years except for 2019. As a result cutoffs might differ accordingly. 2019 kcet was the hardest in recent years. Yes, cutoffs might be similar to 2019 or even a bit less but not higher for sure. Hope this helps!
