yes , you can do B.TECH after iti . In order to be eligible for pursuing B. Tech after ITI one must follow a proper plan. After the ITI course, the student can pursue a diploma course through lateral entry, which will take three years to complete. The second step is to sit for JEE Advanced after completing the Diploma course, after which the student is eligible to get admission in the IITs. If this method does not work, then students can use the lateral entry scheme in state engineering colleges.

Hi, every university has different eligibility criteria for age limit. As Gujarat has an age limit of 20 years. You will also have to give entrance exams based on which university you apply to. But I am sorry to inform you according to my research First Graduate Fee Wavier is grant to those students who are the first in their family to graduate.In your case it is not applicable as both your grandmother and your father are higly educated i.e. that is they have done their graduation. So the notion of first graduate will not work.
