No, you cannot pursue B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering after pursing ITI. You need to study and pass in 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or 3 year Diploma in Engineering from a recognised board to pursue B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. There are various entrance examinations conducted in National level, state level and University level for admission to B.Tech. You need to appear for the entrance examination on fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The minimum education requirement to pursue B.Tech is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or 3 year Diploma in Engineering or it's equivalent from a recognised board. So you cannot pursue B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering as you haven't studied any of the above mentioned course. But if you study 10+2 or Diploma in Engineering and pass in it you can apply for B.Tech CSE in Engineering colleges if passed in 10+2. If you pursue Diploma in Engineering then you can get admission to B.Tech second year through lateral entry after passing in Diploma.
