No, you cannot pursue B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering after pursing ITI. You need to study and pass in 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or 3 year Diploma in Engineering from a recognised board to pursue B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. There are various entrance examinations conducted in National level, state level and University level for admission to B.Tech. You need to appear for the entrance examination on fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The minimum education requirement to pursue B.Tech is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or 3 year Diploma in Engineering or it's equivalent from a recognised board. So you cannot pursue B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering as you haven't studied any of the above mentioned course. But if you study 10+2 or Diploma in Engineering and pass in it you can apply for B.Tech CSE in Engineering colleges if passed in 10+2. If you pursue Diploma in Engineering then you can get admission to B.Tech second year through lateral entry after passing in Diploma. ITI stands for Industrial training institutes which have been set up with the aim of providing professional training to Indian students. As you have completed ITI COPA then you can get job abroad but depending on the skill and the need of the company. In general how much abroad you think also matters. If you are thinking of Gulf regions then there are good possibilities but if you are thinking of USA then you have less possibilities.

Yes, you can easily get admission to a direct second-year Diploma course in Electrical Engineering. The only requirement is that you must have at least minimum qualifying marks in your ITI Electrician course to get eligible to apply for the direct second-year Diploma course in Electrical Engineering.
