Your rank is far so very low chance of good government college. So better try private institutions.

Give exams like bitsat, mhcet ,manual etc

It is very difficult for you to get seats in good government engineering colleges as your rank is far beyond.
Apply in some private engineering colleges like SRM, VIT, KIIT, etc.

Yes you are eligible for JEE ADVANCED because the cut off marks for JEE MAINS this year is 49 for an OBC student.

You have less chances in NITs/IIITs you can try in private colleges.

You can get private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply
