No you can't get any government college like SGSITS,MITS,JEC,IGEC etc in MP until you have any reservation.

You have less chances to get GFTIs, NITs and IIITs based on your rank in JEE Main.

15000 ke andhar rank karne ke liye kitna points lana hoga jee main pe.(GE catagory mein)

You need to score more than 172 to get rank under 15,000 in JEE Main.

Assuming it is your General rank not SC rank, your chances are decent to get admission in DTU for Civil branch. You can also check the cutoff criteria with given below link.

You can try to take admission in private colleges based on JEE Main marks. You can try in private colleges of states like Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Punjab and Haryana.
