You have less chances based on your rank in JEE mains to get into IIIT's and NIT.

You can try in other state private colleges like in haryana, UP, Rajasthan.
Also if any chances, you can check it through college predictor.

Dear Ankur
For taking JEE exam, you need to have 60% in physics, matvs, chemistry. But if you want to enter into NITs/IITs, for general 75% mandatory and for sc/St 65% is Mandatory in 10+2.
But for GFITS, it's not necessary. You can refer their Website too.
