U can get CFI such as
1.Gurukul kangri ,Haridwar
2.Gurughasidas,Raipur.
You can also get government colleges in Mp,Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Punjab etc.
In Rajasthan u can get govt colleges such as--
1.University college,Kota
2.Cte ,Udaipur
3.Govt engg college, Bikaner
In Mp u can get govt colleges---
1.Mits Gwaliar
2.Uit RGPV ,Bhopal

Marks dont decide the admission, rank does.
Check your all india rank, state rank, category rank ( if any ) and try to predict admissions using previous 2 years cutoff.
Check for elegiblity in different institutes and different branches.
If you got luck , you will get admission .

U can try for private colleges such -
1.Bit mesra ,Deoghar campus ( 4th campus of bit mesra)
2 Bit Allahabad ( 5th campus of bit mesra)
U can't get bit Patna and bit Jaipur .
3. LNCT Bhopal (except cse)
4 oriental Bhopal (except cse)
5. Galgotia university
6.poornima
