No, chances are very less to get seat but if you want you can try for private colleges of Maharashtra, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan as they have reservation for other state students. Also, please share whether you have applied for any other entrance or not?

Your SC category rank will be considered to allot the seat.

 

Based on your rank you have less chances to get a seat in NITs/IIITs and GFTIs. If you want you can try to take admission in private colleges. Below is the list of colleges you can check
