Since the allotment of seats in both rounds will be done in online mode and on the basis of the merit list that will be prepared by the authorities so, you don't have to go anywhere for the counselling which means you will have to pay any kind of fee maybe part academic fee to keep he seat you got in first round and continue to the second round. The fee which is due could be payed at the time of reporting in the college.

You can't change the SSB center if the SSB center is not done by your choice. They will choose where you need to go for SSB. The allowances will be given for transportation only for you and maybe there will be no allowances for the parent's transportation. As far as I heard of it only one family members ticket will be paid by the Navy. There will be no Accomodations to the candidate's parents they have to arrange by there own. And the criteria for BMI and other fitness-related pieces of information are given in the there official site.

For BSc Nursing there are only 325 seats in West Bengal through Jenpauh. Your chances of getting into a government college is very low considering that there's a huge competition for government colleges. But usually in private colleges some seats remain vacant. So in such cases you can check out the following colleges

In the seventh edition of the World Directory of Medical Schools, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Subharti Medical college is not listed. However, it is a pretty good college and has top ratings as well so if you want to take admission in this college, you might as well go ahead.
