As per guidelines of josaa, they will have one more round for northeastern nits conducted by CSAB, so is it necessary to register myself

There is no special round for north east NITs/IITs. One SPECIAL ROUND, will be conducted only for NITs,IIITs and other GFTIs(Except IITs) after completion of all the JoSAA Rounds. CSAB will conduct this round.
