I don't think you can get any college from Josaa counselling.But still,if you have got more than 75% in boards then apply for counselling.

For MMU you just need to call them and give all details of marks then if they find you eligible then you can take admission. They have few seats for 12 basis usually they takes admission through haryana admission council. I have also applied.

Actually colleges are given to students on the basis of there general rank....
And your general rank may be not good enough so you have very less chances for NITS
