Hii Sujeet. I went through the cut offs of SRM University and that too for all campuses. But, the maximum rank which admitted in that college was near to 70000. So, it is nearly impossible for you to get into with this CRL. There is a huge difference that exists.

Last year closing rank was about 1274 so there is not chances of you to get yourself a seat at that college. However if you belong to privilege sections then you can expect a seat otherwise not. Its a good college for planning and architecture and requires top ranking students.

For general category cutoff percentile for JEE Mains 2019 was 89 percentile which means you have nit cleared  JEE mains and you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019. But on the basis of JEE marks there are many state level counselling held across the country you can apply for those like MHT counselling or MP BE counselling. You can check your elibility for different colleges according to your score using careers360 college predictor.

Hello, hope you are doing well, yes you can get government colleges with your percentile of 83, since you are of ST category you can get into what ever stream you wish to go. As your query is you want to take admission in NIT but you are confused in between north east and NIT CS or rest of NIT EEE. I would like to tell you that in comparison between both of them in my opinion it's better to apply for computer science in the North East NIT because as compared to rest of NIT EEE branch CS is more in trend and more packaging offers have been provided to the CS students and in future they have more better career options and job opportunities, as well based on today's  technology industry the importance of a CS passout student is more than a student from electrical branch and also the campus of North East NIT is a still better for CS than rest of the NIT.

So I will conclude just that it's better to apply for North East NIT CS.

You can get branches like Electrical engineering in colleges like NIT agartala.

However, fill the preferences as you want it to be, because the counseling process can be pretty much unpredictable at times. Specially in case of reserved seats, totally depends upon your luck.
