As you mentioned that your obc NCL certificate is issued by delhi government then you need not worry about anything because in your jac counselling they would accept the certificate.

As your caste is not in delhi Central list I would recommend you to kindly contact the officials regarding this issue if you are in doubt because they are the rightmost person to guide you in this matter.

Jharkhand Academic Council will release the exam dates for Class 11 in February 2022. The JAC 11th exam date 2022 will be released online on the official website, jac.jharkhand.gov.in. The officials have not yet released the JAC 11th 2022 board exams schedule. Keep an eye on the official website or the link below for the latest information.  JAC will conduct the Class 11 exams in the month of March 2022, tentatively. The time table will be released in the last week of February 2022.

If it is mentioned in the admission brochure that the central certificate is not applicable then I would suggest you to kindly apply for the sc certificate as per the required criteria.

On the other hand you need to contact the officials to consider your case if you don't have that time to apply for the certificate.

There are no such scholarships in NSIT, Delhi.

But there is a scholarship called CVSPK Talent Incentive Scheme under which the tuition fee of the total fees of a particular educational year will be awarded every year to the top 5% of learners of each department of educational schemes given by the Univ.

The nomination will be based on total scores in that specific educational year and the aspirant must have qualified in all topics in the year on the initial try.

Students availing of any scholarships from any different source(s) will not be allowed for this scholarship.

If you float your seat after upgradation round and go in spot round counselling then you definitely loose your seat as after seat upgradation round which is considered as last round of counselling all the students who float there seats may loose it as next is spot counselling for which you have to register as again so your past counselling seats may be no further your and a new phase of counselling starts so there is a risk you may loose your seat if you go for spot counselling so be wise before going for that option because no seat upgradation is allow in spot round counselling,the seat they alloted will be final seat for you.
