Your crl rank will be considered and not your SC category rank though  reservation is there for sc category and other reserved categories

This is because,

Seats are alloted on the basis of jee main crl rank and not category rank

Joint Admission Counselling Committee will release the dates of JAC Delhi 2022 at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in. Candidates will get admission through their JEE Main 2022 score. The officials have not yet declared any schedule for the JAC Counselling yet. But it is expected that the officials will start the counseling registration

In JAC counselling, your CRL rank will be considered only whether you belongs to reserved category or not because there seat allotment is done only on the basis of CRL ranks.

Sorry to say but you are not eligible for 85% delhi quota .and the reason for that is even if gurgaon and few other cities are the part of Delhi NCR but for eligible for 85% quota or to fall in Delhi region candidate have to complete their 10+2

See in JAC, Delhi counselling process only CRL ranks are considered, no allotment is conducted on the basis of any of the category rank whether the candidate belongs to any of the reserved category or unreserved category.
