Since Jadavpur University is the best college of WBJEE, their are very less chances that the closing ranks will increase. Since their is noting like cut off marks in WBJEE, we can't consider like that.

Jadavpur University dont take admission through jee main or jee advanced. You have to give WBJEE and obviously you have to sscure a rank of less than 1000(for use,me,ee,ece,it,che).

And regarding JMI, yes you can get admission through jee main but it takes your jee main marks and not

You should have got very easily the branches like civil or metallurgy engineering at Jadavpur University but due to 90 percent sudden reservation for the internal students the chances of yours getting the college is very low. You may get power engineering there.
