WBJEE eligibility criteria is as follows: 

The candidate must have passed 12th or equivalent exam with physics, mathematics along with chemistry/biology/computer science as compulsory subjects. General category candidates should have scored 45% in 3 subjects taken together. Whereas, for reserved candidates this requirement is 40%.

For admission in Jadavpur University the cut offs for various branches are different. In 2017 for the general category the highest cut off was a rank ( GMR) of 153 rfor the CSE branch and the lowest cut off was a rank of 3421 for the IT branch.
