In order to get admission in Jadavpur University you should have passed ‘10+2’ or equivalent exam with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with at least 60% (45% for reserved category students) aggregate marks in the three subjects taken together and 30% marks in english.

Can you please share the link where you have seen it as the admissions in Jadhavpur University are completey based on WBJEE score as they dont accept Jee main rank.

To be firstly eligible for WBJEE one must hav3 domicile certificate and be resident of West Bengal for 10 consecutive years or the parents of candidates should be permanent residents of west Bengal.

So you cannot apply to WBJEE if you're from another state.

According, to eligibility criteria of JU other state students are not eligible to apply you need a domicile certificate of WB in order to be eligible for this college.

You can apply in private colleges of WB in order to take admission.

To get admission in Jadavpur University, domicile of West Bengal is required as students from other states cannot apply there but there is no residential proof criteria for private colleges of West Bengal so you can give WBJEE and get admission if you are interested in private institutes or colleges.

1.it is a top state govt college which constantly features in rankings (9 by mhrd  in2017,11 by edurand,in the same bracket as of iit guwahati by times higer education,in top 5 university list,17 by outlook some years ago even though being a govt college,many a times it takes
