Yes you are eligible. All WBJEE candidates, who have registered for e-counselling are eligible to participate in Mop-Up round irrespective of their status of counselling/reporting/withdrawal/admission at the 3rd round of e-counselling.

            To get admission in Jadhavpur University you can process only through WBJEE. And also you have criteria on your board marks. It has to be above or equal to 50% for you to be eligible to apply for the same.
