Bcom hons is a degree better than the normal one, as you are doing can it's upto you how much time you can devote to the degree as both of them needs study, if you get your subject of interest in bcom hons  then it's better to take it so that you don't feel any kind of burden for the degree.

If you are very much eager to join jims rohini only you can go for spot councelling or pay a hefty amount in management quota for admission.... Otherwise with this rank you can target other branches of jims like kalkaji for morning shift. .

As per my information, Jagan Institute of Management Studies does not offer this course of B.Sc Clinical Research. It offers courses in Management, Information Technology, Banking and Finance, Fashion technology, Hotel Management, Interior Design, Mass Communication, liberal Arts etc.

Therefore you can definitely consider the later i.e Ansal University, Gurugram for this respective course.
