If i got my first prefrence seat in first round but did not freezed it and haven't change my preference for 2nd round can i get my seat back

In case you have not freezed your seat than in second round it will be alloted to some other student. You will be alloted higher seat in your choice list, if your rank is enough.
So, it seems you can't get back your seat which was alloted to you, you may get some other seat. Hope it helps you
