But still there is hope, If you are really want to study Chemistry you can apply for B.Sc CMBT at Jain University. B.Sc CMBT stands for Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Biotechnology.

Admission is based on entrance test known as JET.

The minimum eligibility to appear for this course is 10+2 or intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects, from a recognized board.

With this kind of rank,i think you can easily get into jain university.But again depends on what their criteria is,accordingly research and go through.Point is when you can easily get into vit and amrita,then why try for jain university.Vit and amrita are way better than jain university in terms of facilities,faculties and placements.Its for you to decide anyway,

Jain University doea offer B.Sc in forensic science as its undergraduate course, to willing students. The minimum qualification required to pursue this course is you must be 10+2 pas out from science stream with physics, chemistry and biology as your main subjects.

The university also offers extra programs among with this course. They are:

• Certification program in Analysis of Handwriting (3 weeks)

The hostel facility in Jain University is pretty good as compared to other colleges around it. It provides all the basic facilities requires by the student, like mattress, one bessheet, pillow cover and others.

Similarly, the campus is equipped with wifi hotspot all around. But the speed of wifi is a bit low, and there are general restrictions on the data usage.

Jain University conducts it's own entrance exam call Jain Entrance Test (JET). So, to get into Jain university you need to write JET, no use of AEEE or VITEEE exam. If you meant, that whether you can get into Jain University as you got good rank in both exams then you can get a good rank if you work hard.

Thapar University is better if compared to the other two colleges mentioned by you as the college have some good alumnis in the industry. But with your rank it seems bit tough to get a seat there. You may have to wait till the end of counselling rounds. If seats remain vacant then definitely you may end up with a good branch.
