In my opinion,Bcom honours from Deshbandhu college is a much better option both in terms of course and college because Bcom is a broader field compared to BBA which is just limited to management while bcom covers all fields of commercial studies.

Bcom from DU is a much better prefernce than jims because the college provides good placements at reasonable cost and moreover bcom is a wider course structure compared to BBA which is going to fetch you good opportunities later.

The closing date for application form in Jaipuria institute of Management, Lucknow was april 30, 2019. Since the applications have already been closed, i'm sorry to say that you can't take admission in August 2019.
