Hello... Should I take BBA from Jim's KALKAJI or B.com from DCAC Delhi University ?!!

Bcom from DU is a much better prefernce than jims because the college provides good placements at reasonable cost and moreover bcom is a wider course structure compared to BBA which is going to fetch you good opportunities later.

Delhi University is a central university and DCAC is a much sought after college. Overall people prefer Delhi University over IPU as it gives more exposure to better academics and co curricular activities. The placements for B.com are also pretty good. Fees is also less in DU.

JIMS is a decent college too and comes in the top 10 of IPU. You have to give priority t the course you are more inclined to and also weigh other factors like fees, location etc.
