JNUEE 2021 Application form is expected to release by the end of this month or on first week of June 2021 and National Testing Agency will release the application forms of JNUEE 2021 UG as well as PG on their platform whose site is given below :-

When the application process for JNUEE 2021 will start you can follow the described procedure for applying to any of the UG or PG program :-

As you have mentioned that you did your graduation in BBA so you are eligible even if you have completed your graduation with aggregate of 50% because for admission to MA Philosophy you need to appear for JNUEE and eligibility for it says that the candidate should have minimum 50% marks in any discipline of graduation but the candidates belonging to Science and Technology discipline should have at least 55% aggregate marks in graduation. So you are eligible for JNUEE for admission to MA in philosophy but note that the above eligibility criteria is only for JNUEE and for getting seat in the required course you need to secure good score in JNUEE because the seats will be allotted on the basis of score of JNUEE. You have not mentioned the name of the exam but yes you have tagged JNU , so I am guessing that your query is in regarding with JNU application form

JNU entrance examination application form has not been released yet it will be released tentatively in the third week of April 2021, while the exam will be conducted in the 4th week of May 2021.

Once the application form gets released you will be able to fill it following the given below steps

* visit the official website of JNU and do the registration

* then you need to fill the application form

* Upload your documents,

* then you need to pay the application fee and finally take a printout of the confirmation page.

As per your query , I would like to inform you that for to be eligible to take admission in ma you should have atleast 50percent in your 10,12th and bacehlors in any stream. Since its been 5 years after passing graudation and now you have 5 year gap. You need to make  a strong justified gap certificate having proper explanation of 5years to show to your college. You can do certification after bca like digital marketing,cyber security from a institute
