B.E. Biotechnology is a 4-year graduate degree program, the minimum eligibility is the 12th class with maths, biology, and chemistry from a recognized school board or its equivalent exam and BSc Biotechnology - Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology is a 3- year undergraduate course. Biotechnology is a field of applied biology that involves the use of living organisms and bioprocesses in engineering, technology, medicine and other fields requiring by-products.The course covers 6-semesters and the duration of each semester is 6 months. The minimum educational qualification required to apply for the course is 10+2 in the science stream completed from a recognized educational board. The syllabus of this course is vary from college to college. The JNUEE is the entrance exam for ug,pg and doctoral courses. it is online mode of exam. the JNU CEEB entrance exam is University Level exam conducted once in every year by NTA for the candidates who want to get an admission in various postgraduate M.Sc and M.Tech programs in participating universities. they are various state, university and national level exam such as all india biotechnology entrance exam, central university of biotechnology entrance exam. National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the JNU 2021 admission form in May. It is expected to be released in this month. The forms are not yet released. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination will be held in July by NTA in computer-based mode. Candidates who wish to take admission to UG and PG programmes offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru University can fill their applications.

The JNUEE entrance exam application form 2021 has not been released yet, but was expected to release this month only, that is, March, 2021. It can be out anytime soon. You must keep an eye on the official website for updates. The exam is expected to be held in the month of May, 2021 in online mode.

For summary, No it's not a necessity to have Chinese in your 10+2 if you want to pursue BA in Chinese from JNU. In the entrance exam they ask questions from section that comprises of, English, General Knowledge, Artificial language and Reasoning.
Buy some past year question paper for the exam in order to decode the important topics for the exam.

Unfortunately you can't pursue MA in Korean language directly without doing your bachelors in the same. Infact for masters in any foreign language you need a bachelors degree in it.
To pursue MA or M.Phil you must have completed BA in Korean language with a minimum of 45% marks overall. For getting into a BA course for foreign language, there is no specific exam for that. It actually depends on you. If you want to take another BA course and select Korean language as an elective subject, then you can go for it and give a relevant entrance exam for the course.
