Hi,
Yes you can get admission in the BA foreign language courses offered by JNU even after having completed your graduation.
However, 80% seats in the first year of a three-year B.A.(Hons.) programme of the language school are reserved for students who passed the Senior School Certificate or an equivalent test in 2021 or who are scheduled to take it in 2022, with the remaining 20% open to all other applicants.
Candidates who earned their Higher Secondary Certificate through the 10+1+3 educational system will be qualified for admission to the first year of the three-year B.A. programme if they passed the first-year bachelor's degree examination at a university through the 10+1+3 educational system with the required percentage of marks, or 45%.
Therefore, you fall under the category of the remaining 20% of the applicants and you can definitely apply.
Hope this helped.
If you want to know the ranking of these colleges, then it is as follows on the basis of public perception, ranking, fees, cut offs and various other factors that affect the student. The order of the colleges is:

The placements in good colleges, especially in MNNIT, IIIT Allahabad and Lucknow are great. The packages for CSE here is 23 LPA+ and you'll not regret even a bit for joining here. So, all the best!
Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
Fine arts will be considered as top four subjects in universities like DU, JNU,BHU etc.
Some colleges withhold 2.5% from the percentage obtained using the fine art marks if it is an additional course.
Note that it also depends on the college and the course.
I thus advise you to browse the websites of several universities in order to get information.
Thank You

Sorry but with the marks you have mentioned above, you are not qualified for any of the medical courses even for private colleges. According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required 50th percentile to qualify, candidates from OBC category required 45th percentile ans candidates from SC/ST category required minimum of 40th percentile. But do not loose your hopes you can still try again next year and score well to get an admission in the college you like. I am providing you a link for previous year's NEET cut off for your reference
