Every year, Jawaharlal Nehru University hold the Jawaharlal Nehru University Enterance Examination ( JNUEE). JNU Admissions 2022 for UG course is totally based upon the marks obtained by candidate in the NTA- National Testing Agency conducted Common University Enterance Test ( CUET).
Candidates who want to take admission in JNU programmes must fill out the application form and take JNUEE enterance examination. The NTA JNU exam will be administered via computer, After enterance examination NTA will release the results. Students who meet their JNU 2022 cut off marks must complete the pre- Enrollment form and indicate their preference.

Sorry but with the marks you have mentioned above, you are not qualified for any of the medical courses even for private colleges. According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from general category required 50th percentile to qualify, candidates from OBC category required 45th percentile ans candidates from SC/ST category required minimum of 40th percentile. First of all, The syllabus will include Mathematical Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International Trade, Development Economics, Public Economics and Environmental Economics. The Applicants must have completed their bachelor's degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern with a minimum aggregate of 50 % marks. Bachelor's degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 academic pattern and the appplicants must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50 % marks to be eligible for admissions.

If you belong from the ARTS stream of class 12th then do not worry. You can still apply for MCA course in JNU delhi, providing you must have Mathematics in your graduation level.
The eligibility criteria for MCA at JNU states that :
Candidates must have BCA/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent degree with a minimum 55% aggregate OR BSc/ BCom/ BA with Mathematics at Class 12 or at graduation level with a minimum 55% aggregate.

I would suggest you not to study from pdf as studying from books is altogether different and more helpful. Also there might be some errors in pdf of books available online or they might be of older edition which may create problem.

Sorry to say but Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University will only admit students for their UG programs based on CUET UG.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) unlocked the CUET 2022 registration window on May 27. The candidates could only apply for CUET UG 2022 till May 31 (9 pm). This has closed now. The last date to fill out the CUET application form 2022 was first shut down on May 22. The CUET 2022 enrollments for UG programmes commenced on April 6. The authorized web address for CUET (UG) exam is cuet.Samarth.ac.in.
Previously known as CUCET, the Common Universities Entrance Test (CUET UG) is the national-level online exam for entries to the numerous UG programmes at 44 central universities and 36 other institutes. CUET exam date 2022 might be the first and next week of July 2022. CUET 2022 will be carried out in 547 cities all over India. Counselling and entries via the CUET exam will be university-particular.
