In your GATE score you can get JNU, RCB schools for designing courses through GATE score. However, the GATE score for BHU IIT is high. Your score there is no way to get BHU IIT for designing courses like software engineering designing. In any case, you can't get BHU for designing courses principal grounds.

As of now Jaipur national University has not announced to accept score of CUET for pg admissions their entrance test will be held for post graduate degree in the university by themselves. university participating in CUET are mostly central universities and here are some university which participate in CUET naming

There are around 350 seats in Jawaharlal Nehru University in BA foreign Language. These seats are inclusive of various language courses like Persian, Arabic,Japenese, Korean, french, German,Russian, Spanish etc.
