You will be tested in the basic concepts of Life Sciences and Biological Sciences. The exam will contain subject specific questions in different concepts of Life Sciences and Biological Sciences taught at Bachelor's level. There is no specific syllabus but you have to prepare the UGC syllabus of B.Sc Life Sciences or Biological Sciences. Even the official prospectus doesn't mention any syllabus. Study Biology taught at 10+2 level. Study NCERT books for the basic concepts and also study B.Sc UGC syllabus.

The fees structure for BA hons/ MA/ MSC/ MCA from JNU delhi is Rs 971 total for admission in 2020. BA hons is a three years bachelors degree witth specialisation. The fees breakup is as follow for ba hons:
first year = 216 Rs tution fees + 5 Rs registration fees + 174 Rs other fees = 395 Rs
second year & third year each = 216 ( tution) + 5 Rs (regd) + 67 Rs other fees = 288 Rs.

There is an active placement cell which works for the placements of the students of JNU. But the complete placement report of the number of students placed and the packages offered is not mentioned on the official website of the university.
There are companies which visit the campus for recruitments and internships regularly.

No. JNU does not offer M.A psychology course.
School of Social Sciences provides M.A. in Economic, Geography, History, Political Science, Sociology, Philosophy and Development & Labour Studies. You may apply in any Psychology interdisciplinary course.

There is no MA Psychology that is being offered in JNU. The School of Social Sciences offers various courses in Philosophy, Sociology, Public Health, Women's studies, Geography, Public Health, Political Sciences, etc but not Psychology. Yes, definitely a person with a BA degree in computer applications and pol science with science stream in class 12th can pursue mca.
You can apply for jnu mca exam as the eligibility criteria is as follows:
Bachelor's degree in 10+2+3 pattern with 55% minimum marks in bachelor's degree.
Other exams for mca are: NIMCET, iit jam, pune University mca entrance exam, ipu cet mca, bit mca. You are eligible for each of these national level exams. But criteria differs for each of them individually.

Well I think you mean interview when you mentioned viva voce. Well as per the admission procedure after the written exam the results are announced and then the students who qualified, take admission. There is no provision of interview round in life sciences.
