Chances of you clearing the cutoff with this much score is less. I will suggest you to give your second attempt to the JEE examination. Just don't waste your time and money at any private college. You should take a drop and prepare well for the JEE Examination.

WIPRO took 94 students @ 6lac with almost 50 from ECE branch.ERICSSON made 111 offers @ 3.5lac

If you're talking about B.tech only then let me tell you Jaypee institute of information technology has no individual entrance of it's own. The admission in this University is given on the basis of JEE Mains marks and rank of a student only.
