Hello,
To appear for JEE Advanced you must have qualified in JEE Main 2021. The minimum cut off percentile for JEE Main 2021 is yet to announced. Last year the qualifying cut off percentile was 50.1760245 for SC category. This year it is expected to be in between 50-55 percentile. Considering the previous year cut off you have chances to qualify in JEE Main 2021 and appear for JEE Advanced. You may start your preparation for JEE Advanced. Cut off depends on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease depending on these factors.
For jee advanced eligibility criteria main thing is
So you got 85 percentile in JEE Mains examination I guess although you didn't mention the percentage is JEE main or 12th class. If it's JEE mains score then your rank in between 160000. So you can appear for JEE advanced examination.

Hi there,
If you are expecting 37% marks in jee advance then you can think that your rank would be something in the range of 8500,19000.
Although jee advance marks are never fixed hence any analysis won't work it all depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of question in the paper and also on the other candidates. Nothing is predictable about jee advance. That is the reason it is on the most difficult paper In India.
Hello Aspirant,
As we go through the latest cut-offs of 2020 then it shows that the closing rank for OBC category was 5227 for Biological Sciences (5 Years, Bachelor of Science and Master of Science (Dual Degree)) branch in IIT Madras .
See it is quite difficult to tell you about exact marks to score because for JEE-Advance no maximum marks are fixed but yes with regards to JEE-Advance 2021 if you secure your AIR in JEE-Advance under top 5200 in OBC category then there would be good chances for you to get into IIT Madras .
You can check out the latest cut-offs from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
