I have got 320 marks in bitsat.my jee main rank is 25064 and my jee advanced rank is 9119...what would be the best college and branch for me

At this score you can consider dual degree courses at BITS Pilani . Do check out last year cutoffs. They generally increase by 3-7 marks.
Please keep your branch interest firsr . Do not select college for its name sake.

My advice u go for nit becoz u will not survive in IIT in this marks
But in this rank u get good nit with core branch

the students who cleared jee advanced 2017 , would all if them eligible to get admission in iit?

Yes they are eligible for admission into IITs..But frankly speaking you will only get IITs if you have rank around 11000-12000 in jee advanced...also check previous years cutoff http://www.careers360.com/college-predictor

You can get lower rank IITs at this rank in jee advanced....you must register in josaa website and give your choices....and should attend each snd every round of counselling..as there is a chance to get better college in the last round....all the best
