Dear aspirant your rank is quite good but the competition is very high. You should apply for JOSAA counseling. Getting a IIT is questionable try for some other government colleges like NITs and IIITs.

It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff as obc category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc. It would be tough to get the good branches , however you may try for lower branches like biotech and civil , you might get them in later rounds . Also you can try for iiit delhi while applying for JAC Delhi counselling you might get a branch in these college.
