It seems that you are asking about JEE-Main 2022 exam because JEE-Main 2020 was already conducted in 2020 and now even JEE-Main 2021 has ended.
So as of now there is no any information released by NTA regarding JEE-Main 2022 because till now JEE 2021 is even not completed and it is in process as the counselling is yet to be conducted so at this moment it would be too early to say any exact date about JEE-Main 2022 but to give you an idea, if everything goes normally then we can expect JEE-Main 2022 application to get started from the month of January 2022 but nothing is announced officially yet.

A candidate can appear for JEE Main for three consecutive years from the year of passing in the qualifying examination that 10+2 or its equivalent. As you have passed 10+2 in the year 2020 you are eligible to appear for JEE Main 2020, JEE Main 2021 and JEE Main 2022. Next year will be your last chances to appear for JEE Main. So you can apply for JEE Main 2022 provided you must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board.

For this year i. e 2021 this minimum percentage requirement of 75% - 65 % has been lifted off .
But in 2022, yes this 75-65 % criteria for NITs, IIITs, CFTIs will be there( if removed due to conditions like pandemic then nta will notify about it)

1. JEE Mains examination provides you three opportunities to give the exam in 3 different consecutive years starting from the year in which you have passed your class 12 board examinations. So, passed your class 12th board examination in 2020 then you definitely eligible to appeared for JEE mains 2022 examination.

No, you cannot get admission in 2022 on the basis of your JEE main 2021 percentile.
This is because,
Your JEE main score is valid for only one year i. e the year in which it is conducted so, Jee main 2021 score is valid for admission in 2021 only . To get admission in 2022 you will have to appear in JEE main 2022.
Also,
The admission process has not started yet as April and May session of jee main 2021 is still to be conducted and the counselling process will start after May result so you can participate in counselling and get admission in colleges this year itself

In abroad you have a lot of scope in this field. If you can specialize in Imaging technology or the Medical robotics etc you will have plenty of scopes to work in countries like Japan, USA, Germany etc. So if you are interested then try to get the best college for your bachelors. If you want to go for Biomedical Engineering then try for IIT's or top universities in India. This will help you to build contacts with the abroad companies. Also you can get a research fellowship in abroad if you want to research in the field.
